Anjappar, an international chain originating from Chennai, proudly boasts the title of serving the finest Mutton Biryani and mutton curry. The extensive mutton varieties left me in awe. Renowned for its thali, featuring a medley of rice or traditional bread, gravies, and rassam, the restaurant showcases the best of South Indian culinary artistry. The hot and sour rassam, akin to Indian soup, stands out as a personal favorite, stimulating the appetite. While portions may be smaller, the richness of flavors, coupled with exceptional service and a comfortable ambiance, justifies the comparatively higher prices, ensuring an unforgettable dining experience.
